For the Ladies!
Every Thursday is Ladies’ Night at the ‘Yard! Cis-women, trans-women, and non-binary riders get in for $15 for the evening session and a bike rental runs $10. We have an instructor on course starting at 6:00 pm to work with all attending riders.
Now offering free admission on Ladies’ Night for the month while enrolled in one of our full Women’s Series offerings! In addition, we will waive the $99 activation fee if you sign up for a monthly membership before the end of the series!!!
Women’s Classes with Elaine
We are so happy that Elaine Bothe from Wenzel Coaching is providing the instruction for this series of clinics. These clinics are designed to improve skills that will apply to all areas of your riding, from flowing through plywood ramps, street riding, to bike handling skills that transfer to the trail. These classes are for beginner riders. Come ride bikes, build confidence on and off the bike, make new friends, and learn new tricks in a fun, safe, and supportive environment!
Build on the skills you’ve gained so far and build moves that you can take to the trails. Attempt more of the challenges that The Lumberyard Bike Park has to offer! Regardless of your riding goals, Elaine’s approach to teaching is step by step, guaranteed to help you improve your confidence and skills.
This women’s class is for riders of all fitness levels wanting to learn how to ride at The Lumberyard Bike Park, gain confidence, and build basic MTB trail skills. First-timers welcome! This class is for you!

First Sundays from 4:45-6:45 pm; March 4, April 1, May 6, June 3.
This women’s class is for riders of all fitness levels with some experience at The Lumberyard Bike Park, to build confidence and additional basic MTB trail skills.

Each clinic is available for drop in for $75, including admission and demo bike, or you can sign up for the Full Series. Only 10 spots are available for each one, so it’s important to sign up soon. Each Winter Series Pass is $275.

Women’s Freeride Shred Series
We plan to offer more of our Women’s Freeride Seminars next winter. This is a comprehensive multi-week series offering some of the best in mountain bike instruction available. If you are looking to take your riding to a new level, work on key skills, or just get out and have a great time riding bikes with like-minded individuals, this is the series for you!
Each week consists of a two-hour block and occurs on consecutive Friday evenings, from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Participants will work closely with our certified instructors. Each week focuses on a different skill set consisting of jumps, drops, cornering, out of the box thinking, and flying high in the airbag. Riders can take advantage of the unique course features at The Lumberyard while honing each weekly skill set.
These classes are geared for the more intermediate to advanced riders looking to advance and sharpen skills they are already working on. These clinics are to build confidence and transferable techniques in a supportive and fun environment. We want to magnify and focus on what you have been working on or dreamed about all summer and launch you into winter ready to tackle the gnarliest trail you can put tires
The Full Series is available for $200 (Member discount available), price includes admission. Each weekly seminar is available for drop in for just $65. Only 15 spots are available for each one.
